Can't setup exchange account

Bug Description
version: breezy, evolution-exch 2.4.0-0ubuntu1
Edit -> Preferences -> Mail Accounts -> Add
I cant setup a new exchange account. The exchange account setup dialog only
shows Username in "Receiving Mail" step, no OWA path, no server name, etc. And I
can't go forward after this step (the Forward button is dimmed).

This was fixed in evolution 2.4.1-0ubuntu2.
Please reopen the bug if you still have troubles after upgrading.
