No changes made by CVS release 20050405-0ubuntu1 yet !

It's blocking by job...

I'm trying to deploy a ubuntu solution into my company and it'll be used by 200
students and consultants...but We have only 1 exchange2003 mail server....

Fix this bug and I'll procede to present the distribution.....otherwise I can't
present an "invalid calendar object" :-)

I have this error as well. I am accessing exchange via IMAP. This all worked
until I updated w/a dist-upgrade on *approximately* 1 april 2005. The date could
be up to a week earlier, sorry for the non-exact date.

I dist-upgraded again today on 6 april 2005, and I still have the issue.

from my email recieved via exchange:

---
vCalendar interchange file attachment (meeting.ics)

The item in the calendar is not valid

The message does contain a calendar, but the calendar contains no events, tasks
or free/busy information
---

In outlook web mail the appointment does show up.

Sébastien has just uploaded evolution 2.2.1.1-0ubuntu4 (about 20 minutes ago,
thanks séb!) that has a fix for ics handling that looks alot like this bug. Can
you please try another update and let us know?

Tks,
Jeff Bailey

I'm reopening this bug, because none of the text that comes with the appointment
shows up in email.
The text does show up when I view the appointment in exchange web mail.

Hi all, another symptom I noticed today. When I create a meeting with
Ctrl-Shift-E, Evolution doesn't recognise it and put it in my diary. The
recipient got it ok, but I didn't. So it's not just receipt of meetings that are
affected it's the whole vcalendar/ics thing.

Thank you for the report.

Can this bug be recreated on the current version of Evolution in Dapper? Please provide us with steps to do so. Also, please provide a debug backtrace of the crash if possible.

If this bug is not a problem anymore, please let us know so we can close the bug.

Thanks again!
