evolution-exchange insists on https

Bug Description

evolution-exchange always uses https when communicating with our exchange server
2003. In the Receiving mail tab, I've set it to never use ssl and to use a
plaintext password. However, while sniffing packets, I can see only https
packets being sent to the exchange server. Since the server isn't ssl-capable, I
get an immediate RST-ACK.

I'm using hoary, so evolution is ver 2.1.1-0ubuntu3 and evolution-exchange is
ver 2.1.1-0ubuntu1.

No, I no longer have this issue. Now I see http packets.

Reporter says bug is fixed in recent Hoary.
