Connecting to exchange broken by latest upload

After upgrading evolution to 2.1.1 connecting to Exchange is completely broken.
This is what I get when starting evolution from a terminal:

That is to be expected while tracking the development branch - the
evolution-exchange package is out of sync with evolution. It will be fixed as
soon as evolutoin-exchange is uploaded.
