renaming exchange calendar causes duplicate calendar to appear

Bug Description

I'd never used exchange before, so I thought I could have multiple calendars. I
started by renaming the default calendar, which evolution allowed me to do. Then
I tried to create a new calendar, which of course didn't work because exchange
only allows you to have one calendar. Some time later I noticed that I had two
calendars showing up under exchange, my renamed calendar, lets call it
"Personal" and another one named "Calendar" which is the exchange default. To
fix this, I had to delete my exchange account from evolution and recreate it.
Then I only had one calendar named "Calendar" which is the correct behavior. I
can only assume that renaming the original calendar from "Calendar" to
"Personal" confused evolution. I think renaming the default exchange calendar
should be disabled, along with the "New Calendar" menu item. This only causes
confusion, providing an illusion of increased functionality which doesn't really
exist in exchange.

Sorry if this description doesn't make much sense, I'm not really sure what
happened myself. I just know that when I came to work today, there were 2
calendars under my exchange account, which shouldn't be possible.
