shared calendar feature missing

Bug Description

It seems like its not possible to access Shared Exchange calendar using the EWS plugin?

im using evolution-ews 3.6

Maybe its more a feature request than a bug?

You find "Subscribe to folder other EWS user" by right clicking on the EWS Account in the Mail menu.

this functionality seems to be limited to users's default Calendar.
If user does NOT want to share their main calendar, but has, in my use-case created an extra calendar for team use and shared that, I have not managed to make it visible in Evolution unfortunately :(

I believe the folder list to subscribe to is static in ews? as when i try to write the name of the folder (or even take the IDs from the sharing_metadata.xml that Outlook sends when user manually shares the calendar) i get the error "Id is malformed"
