Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution-data-server

I DON'T KNOW what the problem is! But this problem arose after installing updates. Also my creative sound card, which had had been recognized and decently configured during installation, as well well as the install getting my monitor installed at 900x1440 at 60hz (impressing) plus superior graphics functionality. The latest updates have kept the graphics at excellent quality. I will try to find out what's wrong. I have never used Linux in my life--except for the last week and I find myself swimming long over my head but I just bought a book by Mark G. Sobell, "Practical Guide to Ubuntu Linux" (a real thick monster but even had a free Gutsy Gibbon's DVD) hoping that it will introduce me to Ubuntu.
