Bug Description

I am unable to start TB on Quantal but I thought it was related only to Lubuntu. This is what I get:

===
enigmail.js: Registered components
caught error TypeError: Cc['@mozilla.org/mime/pgp-mime-decrypt;1'] is undefinedmimeDecrypt.jsm: MimeDecryptor registration done
** (thunderbird:24210): WARNING **: Invalid borders specified for theme pixmap:

borders don't fit within the image

** (thunderbird:24210): WARNING **: Invalid borders specified for theme pixmap:
        /usr/share/themes/Lubuntu-default/gtk-2.0/images/scrollbar_vertical.png,

(thunderbird:24210): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'org.gnome.Evolution.DefaultSources' is not installed

zsh: trace trap (core dumped) thunderbird
===

Invoking it with '-safe-mode' works however.

I also posted the above to bug #1053297.

On Lubuntu I have methodically isolated the cause of *my* problem to the following plugin: 'EDS Contact Integration'. Thing is, it's a default plugin.

When I enable this plugin tbird starts but the instant I click on a folder it crashes. Sometimes I need to click on a few folders (but so far, never more than 3. I'm not sure why this can be). When I disable it this behaviour is not present, even after much clicking.

I can repeat the above workaround and crash with great certainty.

This information also provided in bug #1038047.

This also, for me, just started happening within the last 24 hours.
