Bug Description

Reproducable for me on Lubuntu 11.10:

1) open any PDF
2) see that clicking view -> fullscreen allows arrow keys and spacebar to move pages
3) exit fullscreen, then re-enter it by pressing F11
4) see that arrow key/spacebar functionality no longer works (though pgup/pgdown key functionality does)
5) see that pressing F11 to exit fullscreen returns the above functionality, but clicking "exit fullscreen" keeps those keys broken even outside of fullscreen mode.
6) When out of fullscreen with those keys disabled, see that opening then closing any menu bar dropdown (e.g. view or file), returns functionality (using the mouse or keyboard to open the menu dropdown doesn't matter).
7) When in fullscreen with those keys disabled, see that opening then closing the zoom dropdown menu with the mouse returns functionality (though clicking on the pageup/pagedown icons and the page number input field does not fix anything)
8) Also see that only when key functionality is disabled does the page number input field in the toolbar not have a blinking cursor when you click on it (even though it takes still input from the keyboard after clicking).

Looks like some sort of focus issue.
