Evince toolbar doesn't get hidden until exiting fullscreen mode

Bug Description
affects ubuntu/evince
1. Enter full screen mode (Ctrl+Alt+
2. Hit Alt+D (keybinding for hiding toolbar).
3. Nothing happens.
4. Exit full screen (Ctrl+Alt+
5. Notice that the toolbar has disappeared.
6. Enter full screen mode again.
7. Notice the toolbar still gone.
It would be nice to make steps 4-6 unnecessary. Evince obviously registers the
Alt+D keypress and eventually removes the toolbar when you exit fullscreen mode,
so it would be nice to have Evince actually remove the toolbar right away
instead of waiting for fullscreen mode to be exited.
