Thanks for the report, the document doesn't work at all, i've tried xpdf, evince and acroread in all of those it says the document is broken, with which program are you seeing this on Linux?

File is jacked, as it doesn't open with either Adobe Reader or Evince in Trusty.

It opens in Adobe Windows and displays correctly.

At the moment I don't use Windows, but at the time of filing this bug all worked with Acrobat Reader for Windows.
