This patch adds basic gesture support for Evince.
One and two finger drags on touchscreens move the document and flicks change pages.
Pinches zoom in and out and rotates, well, rotate the page in 90 degree increments.
Two finger touches on touchpads are ignored for the same reason as in bug 823640.
A package built with this patch can be found in utouch-team's unstable PPA.
