impossible put open button on the toolbar

Same problem here. I have launched Evince in terminal and tried to do described action. Evince has been closed and I have got following message in terminal:
"Neoprávněný přístup do paměti (SIGSEGV)" which could be "Unauthorized access to memory (SIGSEGV)" in English.
