DVI files and Dependency on texlive-base

Binary package hint: evince

Evince doesn't show DVI files until you install texlive-base package, and I believe that it should be added as a dependency to Evince package.

Without installing texlive-base, it's what you will see on screen: "Unable to open document. DVI document has incorrect format".
And it's what you will see in terminal:
