Bug Description

Binary package hint: evince

I'm filling in forms which must be emailed to a colleague who will read them using Acrobat.

Although Evince saves my form entries perfectly, when I re-open the document using Acrobat, all the fields are blank.

Opening the document in Evince or Gimp shows the filled-in fields perfectly. Only Acrobat thinks the forms are blank.
