Follow up:

My iMac running osx 10.4 prints fast without any problems. And my IBM T41p running XP prints also without any problems.

I've run out of paper! so I can't try to print the attached file.

If you haven't already updated to the recently released libcairo2 1.8.8-2ubuntu1.1 package, could you please do so and see if this fixes your PDF printing issue?

Ritz (jonas-ritz) wrote :

Yes I am all ready running libcairo2 1.8.8-2ubuntu1.1.
Simple pdf files like this one works fine, and does only generate files in the xx Kb range for the printer.
