I am using Ubuntu 9.04 for Netbook - Jaunty. Trying to open a protected pdf from the Apollo Group's E Book Collection.

Thank you for your bug report. The issue is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug the to the people writting the software (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME)

I tried to open a protected pdf file here under Ubuntu Lucid but works fine for me, please can you (if is possible of course) try to reproduce this issue under latest release 2.30.1-0ubuntu3 that ships with Lucid? Thanks!

Hi I just submitted this bug. I am trying to open a textbook which has a login/password once you open the document. I can enter the information but the "unlock" button does nothing. I don't know much about computers and this is my second day using Ubuntu but I'm pretty sure it's a bug and not me. :)
