Bug Description

When Evince (a PDF viewer) is busy rendering content in the background, there is
no indications of activity to the user that it is busy. Evince can be in a
situation where no content appears on the screen for a period of 60 seconds or
longer, even if using 100% of the CPU.

Evince should probably set the 'hourglass' cursor when it is busy to give the
user useful feedback that something *is* happening.
