evince displays file with wieird charactes (encoding?)

The file
http://www.livre.nl/component/option,com_docman/task,doc_download/gid,56/
(subscription required?) displays nicely in gpdf/xpdf, but not in evince. The
characters are all wrong.

Thanks for your bug. Can you put the pdf somewhere which doesn't require to be
logged, or attach it to bugzilla or mail it?

I've had similar problems with the Computer and Parts Land pricelist from
<http://www.cpl.net.au/> for the past few weeks. Older pricelists that used to
work in earlier versions of Evince also exhibit the same problem.

I'm seeing this behavior also in Breezys Evince 0.4.0 with this document:

Thanks for the comments/example. This upload fixes the issue:

 poppler (0.4.2-0ubuntu4) breezy; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/control.in, debian/libpoppler-dev.install, debian/rules:
     - build with splash.
   * debian/patches/03_font_optimize.patch,
     debian/patches/04_freetypefont.patch:
     - not required.
   * debian/patches/02_freetypefont.patch:
     - CVS patch to fix issues the current freetype code (Ubuntu: #15357).
