Evince 41.3 large pdf can't be viewed at 100%

3/ Open this pdf with Evince

4/ Try to view it at 100M, it won't on my external HDMI screen limited to 43.5%

I have this issue too. It is not a bug with poppler, as other poppler based pdf readers like Zathura can handle it perfectly.
