Bug Description

Edit: the problem only occurs under the new version of evince. Does not affect other programs.

The popup scan has erratic behavior and does not work when it should. According to my research it is an old problem: https://github.com/goldendict/goldendict/issues/913

The previous version worked perfectly. Now it only works on xorg. In the wayland it starts normal but stops working and only work in some windows.
