Show traditional titlebar when maximized with no GtkHeaderBar present

Bug Description

The maximized evince window does not have a titlebar in Xfce.

Upstreamed the patch. In fact you can simply drop the line because default is to not hide the titlebar when maximized.

This bug was fixed in the package evince - 3.14.1-0ubuntu4

evince (3.14.1-0ubuntu4) vivid; urgency=medium

  * debian/patches/0001-Don-t-hide-the-titlebar-when-the-window-is-maximized.patch:
    Cherry-pick from upstream. Let the environment decide when to hide the
    titlebar. Fixes no titlebar in maximised evince under XFCE. (LP: #1422354)

The new package does not seem to fix the issue.

This is strange, the new package/version indeed does not seem to fix the problem.

I've previously tested 3.14.1 with the ubuntu patches and my own patch on top of it and that worked fine in Xubuntu. Maybe some problem with the patch/packaging?
