PDF Formular with Textfield aligned to a Textlabel not filled out

3) What is expected to happen via https://launchpadlibrarian.net/194265664/SEPA_Formular.pdf is when one types in the text form box immediately below:
Angaben zum Zahlungsempfänger: Name, Vorname/Firma (max. 27 Stellen, bei maschineller Beschriftung max. 35 Stellen)

when one is done, it populates three additional text form boxes:
+ At top of the page under Empfänger.
+ On the right hand side of the page under Zahlungsempfänger.
+ Towards the bottom under Angaben zum Zahlungsempfänger: Name, Vorname/Firma (max. 27 Stellen, bei maschineller Beschriftung max. 35 Stellen).

4) What happens instead is the three text form boxes does have anything populated.

WORKAROUND: Copy and paste, or re-type the desired information in the boxes.

WORKAROUND: Use Chrome's built-in PDF viewer:

Huck-bernhard, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please provide an example document that demonstrates this problem?

In the Attachment can you find the "SEPA_Formular.pdf"
Usual do you see the filled out text on the carbon copy again.
But not with evince.

the same is also in version evince 3.14.1-0ubuntu1

Huck-bernhard, I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what exactly isn't working out. Comparing Evince to Adobe Acrobat, I see no content, or functional difference between the two programs. Could you please advise to this?

ok i try to explain.

You have two formular in this pdf document, if you fill out the first formular with Adobe Reader 11, can you see in the second formular that the Textfelds are automatically filled out. If you use Evince can you only see the Text in first Formular , the second formular is blank or not updated.
