Bug Description

opening this file
http://www.aok.de/assets/media/nordost/zuzahlungsbefreiung-antrag-erstattung.pdf

in evince version 3.10.3 and entering data in the table works fine

If you enable overwrite mode with insert key on keyboard entering text is not possible anymore in evince. Cut and paste works via right mouse button click, though.

Closing evince and deleting PDF file from desktop via right mouse button click results in crash in evince.
