Bug Description

Whenever I open a pdf with evince version 3.4.0-0ubuntu1.4 in Kubuntu 12.04 with all updates applied, an apparmor message pops up that cannot exec /usr/bin/kde4-config. apparmor version 2.7.102-0ubuntu3.4, uname -a
3.2.0-32-generic #51-Ubuntu SMP Wed Sep 26 21:33:09 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64
