JPEG-2000 transparency corrupts display

Bug Description

Opening the attached file should render the ImageMagick logo, but it does not. In Acrobat Reader the display is not corrupted. In Also in XPDF 3.03 it is causing a SIGSEGV. In pdftoppm from XPDF 3.03 it is resulting in a similar corrupt decoding.

The PDF can be reproduced like this:

convert -transparent white logo: logo.jp2
img2pdf.py logo.jp2 -o logo.pdf
