Bug Description

eucalyptus 2.0.1+bzr1256-0ubuntu2.

euca-add-user adds a new user to the cloud, disabled. But there is no visible way to *enable* this user, either on the web interface or command-line.

euca-add-user was never meant to be used in 2.0. Eucalyptus 3.1 will have a set of admin CLI tools.
