/etc/init/eucalyptus.conf not in sync with /etc/eucalyptus/eucalyptus.conf

Additionally, when changing options in eucalyptus startup we should not have to edit /etc/init/eucalyptus.conf; instead, we should use, as much as possible, upstream's /etc/eucalyptus/eucalyptus.conf.

yep this is right: -XmXXXm is the correct one. You can also increase it
quite a bit if you want (2 Gb or so may help if you have the memory
available).

I believe this bug is still present since JVM_MEM is not found in /etc/eucalyptus/eucalyptus.conf.
Could we have this reviewed and included in upcoming updates?
