Bug Description

Maverick, Eucalyptus 2.0. All-in-one installation. sudo euca_conf --list-nodes shows no node registered, but 'euca-describe-availability-zones verbose' show nodes *are* registered (since free/max column is not zero):

Looking at the code that means the WS returns empty... so that would point to an upstream issue.
