Bug Description
UEC installer / 20100105 ISO (eucalyptus 1.6.2~bzr1120-
Topology: CLC+Walrus / CC+SC
SC fails to start and register.
Current sequence of events is:
1/ SC starts
2/ SC poststart waits for service startup
3/ SC publishes itself
4/ CLC picks up publication
5/ CLC registers SC
The issue is, service will not fully startup (2) until credentials are present, which on this topology only occurs after registration (5).

Workaround is to run "sudo start eucalyptus- sc-publication" on CC+SC. Note that you're then likely to hit bug 503339.
