Bug Description
After a 1.6.2 UEC install on Lucid, euca_rootwrap doesn't end up properly setuid'ed:
$ ls -l /usr/lib/
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root eucalyptus 14688 2009-12-19 15:08 /usr/lib/
Probably a regression introduced at revision 760.
Workaround is to:
sudo chmod 04754 /usr/lib/
sudo chown root:eucalyptus /usr/lib/
on all components.
