[lucid] eucalyptus-nc upstart script fails to start

The new eucalyptus-nc upstart script in 1.6.2 does not start.
Error in syslog.conf is "pre-start process terminated with status 2".

Looking at /etc/init/eucalyptus-nc.conf, it appears that the sed is modifying a non-existing httpd-tmp.conf file. Furthermore, several variables like EUCA_USER fail to be replaced by the sed.
