Bug Description
It seems that doing a single Eucalyptus SC install would fail: the cluster-name debconf question is only asked while doing an CC installation:

Tested with current Lucid UEC installer /eucalyptus- sc.conf or SC_NAME defined, so publication fails, so autoregistration fails as well.
You end up with no /etc/eucalyptus
