Bug Description

20091006 CD install, eucalyptus 1.6~bzr912-0ubuntu1
There is a typo in the /etc/init/eucalyptus-cc.conf post-start script that makes it always fail.
(splitted lines in the wget test without a \ continuation)
Note that it doesn't prevent registration from running, it just runs too early in the process.

  * debian/eucalyptus-cc.upstart: Really fix LP: #436407, since it was only
    fixed in unused init scripts.
  * tools/, tools/ No longer patch
    those files, now that we use upstart we no longer use them.
  * debian/eucalyptus-cc.upstart: Fix typo that made post-start fail early,
    LP: #444560

  [ Dustin Kirkland ]
  * eucalyptus-cc.dirs, eucalyptus-cc.install, eucalyptus-cc.links: ensure
    that update-motd.d/80-eucalyptus-url is executable, LP: #444970
