Missing port number in EC2_URL treats whole URL as host

Bug Description

Binary package hint: euca2ools

If the EC2_URL environment variable is missing a port number all commands fail with: [Errno -2] Name or service not known

Changing the EC2_URL to contain a port number makes it work.
