Bug Description

Release version: Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit
Package: libetsf-io-dev
Package version: 1.0.3-4build1

Issue:
When attempting to compile Yambo with NetCDF and ETSF-IO on Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit, I receive the following error message:

"Fatal Error: Cannot read module file 'etsf_io.mod' opened at (1), because it was created by a different version of GNU Fortran"

This error does not appear on Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit, which utilizes similar packages and has the same compile and installation steps for Yambo. It appears that this dev package simply needs to be recompiled against the current version of gfortran in Ubuntu 14.04 for it to work properly.

What was expected:
Successful compile of other software using this package.

What happened instead:
Compile failure due to gfortran mismatch.
