Ethtool Hardware Timestamping Capabilities bug

The ethtool command line utility does not display hardware-timestamping capability on supported NICs on Ubuntu Server 20.04. This works on Desktop 20.04 however

Thanks for taking the time to report this issue.

Would you mind providing more information on the issue you are experiencing? Namely, could you provide a minimal reproducer, and show us the expected output (the one you get with Ubuntu desktop) and the actual output (the one you get with Ubuntu server)?
