Bug Description

I am running Ubuntu 12.10.
Installed printer driver is: printer-driver-escpr 1.1.1-2.
Printer is EPSON WP-4525. (It could however be the case that this bug applies to other EPSON printer models using the same driver as well...)
Printer is configured in CUPS and working overall-apart from the problem described below.

After having printed a PDF I found that all thin horizontal separators/lines were missing from the printout.

How to reproduce:
I am attaching a version of that PDF for you to be able to reproduce the problem easily.
When viewing with a PDF viewer you will see that on the first page there are 7 thin horizontal separators/lines.
When printing you will see none of these thin horizontal separators/lines were printed.

Why I think the problem is related to the drivers in the printer-driver-escpr package:
As the PDF prints correctly with the commercial Turboprint drivers from the same PDF viewer the problem is not related to the PDF viewer but the driver package.
