Bug Description

This is fairly odd, epiphany will crash going to some sites, like my webmail.lovesunix.net site, launchpad and many other - while firefox on the same engine doesn't.

this is epiphany-browser-1.9.3.1-0ubuntu2 on dapper

Thanks for your bug. The backtrace is not really useful, maybe you could get a debug one (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash) for firefox. What architecture do you use. Does it happen with firefox?

Does not happen with Firefox and epiphany is compiled with debug symbols for that run, if the debug symbols are not there it is due to a flaw in the instructions or the build system

I will set firefox to build right away, new backtrace is coming shortly.

Dear lord compiling all this software makes me feel like I'm running Gentoo.. I long for Fedora' -debuginfo packages right about now.

Regardless here's Epiphany + firefox in debug mode.

Thanks for the backtrace. Do you still have that issue with the new versions of the package?

Do you still have this issue with the latest Dapper epiphany-browser package (2.14.0-0ubuntu1)?

Thanks
