Bug Description
Binary package hint: epiphany-browser
In loaded pages, pressing the "go" button or the enter key in the address bar will reload the page.
In loaded pages with anchors, the same action will take you to the anchor again.
My problem is with crashed pages. In that case I would like that web addresses with anchors where totally reloaded.
Case 1:
- I'm in the main page of a blog and I press the "View comments link" to see the comments on a given entry
- Epiphany crashes while that (and probably others) pages is loading
- I open Epiphany again and press the button "Recover tabs"
- The page I was trying to see is not reloaded automatically and I get a message saying something like "This page was been loaded when E crashed. To prevent..." (I don't know the exact text, I use Epiphany in Spanish).
What I would like to happen:
I would like to press the "go" button to reload the page and go to the anchor
What happens:
Epiphany does not try to load the page because its tries to go to the anchor instead
I think that if Epiphany knows that the site is not totally loaded (or does not find the anchor in the address), it should always refresh the page no matter what kind of address it has. This problem exists also if you press the cancel button while loading a website.
It happens to me many times, but maybe this is more a wish than a bug.
