Bug Description

Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

Package: 2.25.91-0ubuntu1
I update today to last alpha version, when i open epiphany, hompage is: file:///usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales/index-%l.html that seems the variable %l is not set. When i change this for "es" the page exist.
