Bug Description

Epiphany randomly causes a high CPU usage, often when opening multiple tabs or playing high resolution videos on YouTube, but it also happens when opening a single tab. This issue used to happen even with previous versions of Epiphany on the previous versions of Ubuntu, but I never noticed it on other distros like Fedora.
