Change order of topics/bookmarks on toolbar doesn't work

Bug Description

Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

Inside the bookmark manager i can add bookmarks or topics to the toolbar. This way those item will be displayed like a boomarks toolbar in Firefox. When i right click on that toolbar and choose "customize tollbars" i can drag and drop these items to rearrange them. But i can only move items to the far right of this toolbar. Dropping a topics/bookmark in the middle does nothing, the dragged object falls back into it's old place.

Sorry, i forgot about this bug...

The preparation:

1) Create a couple of bookmarks
2) Add them to different topics
3) Open "Bookmarks -> Edit Bookmarks"
4) Click on a Topic -> Activate "Show on toolbar"
5) Check that the toolbar is activated "View -> Toolbars -> Show "Topic1, Topic2,..."
6) Click on an item inside the toolbar -> Move on Toolbar

The problem:

Move the item => It's only possible to drop the topic at the last place. It should be possible to drop the topic on any place inside the toolbar.

That works fine here too, can you reproduce it with another new user created on your system?

I created a new user and I still can confirm this bug. To help you understand the problem I made a small screencast. Watch the order of the tags "test1, test2, test3, test4". I can only move "test1" to the last place. If I drop the tag before, it moves back to it's original position.

Thanks that works fine for me though, to be confirmed by someone else having the issue, thanks.

Especially at Pedro Villavicencio: Note that this issue happens to all bars *except* the default bar where the "back", "forward" buttons and so on lie. Try it.

We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.
