Bug Description

I'm using hoary and I have had this bug happen twice in the last hour.

When it has happened, I have gone to click on one of the tabs in the tab bar.

The mouse changes to the move cursur "arrow pointing in 4 directions" although
nothing is being moved. I then cannot get the mouse cursor to change back. I can
move the mouse all over the screen but I can't click anywhere. I also can't do
anything with the keyboard [e.g. change between workspaces with the key combo:
ctrl+alt+arrow].

The only thing I can do is drop back to the console, ctrl+alt+F1, and kill the
epiphany process and then things are back to normal.

After some experimenting I have been able to reliably reproduce this bug.

To get epiphany to freeze as described above, I just click indiscriminately
between all the tabs in the tab bar for 10-20 seconds and I can get the
application to freeze.

I then have to kill epiphany from back at the console.
If I start epiphany from a terminal I don't get any output relating to this.
