EoG should display progress bar in full screen mode

Bug Description

Binary package hint: eog

Above title says it all. Progress bar should show when loading new images (and not when image is already loaded) so you know the system has responded to your button press. It would also be nice if the file name showed in the centre of the progress bar so you knew what was being loaded.
