Binary package hint: eog
An error occured of JPEG format image file interpretation JPEG (Not a JPEG file: starts with 0x42 0x4d)
If I haven't any package installed -- please add this information, when such error occur. Or add possibility to open files in this formant. Thank you!

right because is a bmp file not a jpeg, that's a known issue, marking this as a duplicate, thanks for reporting.
