Some jpg completely gray in Image Viewer but not in thumbnail (and pictures are ok everywhere else)

Bug Description
Some of my panoramic pictures show up as completely gray in Image Viewer, despite them being shown perfectly in the thumbnail, and on all other devices and computers.
Other apps on the same computer/OS show pictures perfectly.
Picture examples is attached.

Thank you for your bug report. The image shows fine on 19.10, could you try in a newer Ubuntu version to see if it's fixed there for you as well?
