eog create wrong window size and the image is not clear.

Bug Description

Try open example.png from attachment in eog and you will see that image is not clear because of wrong window size. Image is scalling and that is why not clear.
Also you can see screenshots 1.png and 2.png.
On 1.png we see small black stripes on the sides of window because window is smaller than need to image.
On 2.png we see vertical scrollbar that approve conclusion from 1.png.
