Bug Description

Ubuntu 14.04
Linux ubuntu 3.13.0-24-generic #46-Ubuntu SMP Thu Apr 10 19:11:08 UTC 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

For some images, EyeOfGnome says they are at 100% size, but they are actually scaled down and blurry.

Example: http://imgur.com/6Of8vHE

Download that image and view it in EOG. Even when there is enough screen space to view the image at 100%, it will be scaled down a little bit despite saying it's at 100%.

Open a standard image viewer. The picture will be blurred. If you click on a scale [1], the picture will become clear. Apparently the program is incorrect calculates the required size of the window under the image (error -1 pixel), which after does fit the image to fit the window, slightly squeezing him at the exit - daub.
