eog takes up over 90% of CPU and over 50% of ram while browsing .jpg pictures

Bug Description

While I was browsing a folder that had around 50 .jpeg pictures and had 2 or 3 incomplete pictures and on a complete picture, eog quickly flooded my ram and CPU.
